Our Vacation Promise is applicable to new bookings of vacation, Flight & Cruise, Flight & Hotel, pre-bundled packages or tour packages booked in Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Canada, Europe, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East & North Africa,and the United States, made from May 9, 2024 and onwards. All components are subject to change without notice and can be modified at any time. Theme park tickets, private transfers, attractions, activities, car rental, and Allianz Global Assistance insurance are excluded from all aspects of Air Canada Vacations' Vacation Promise and are subject to the standard terms and conditions.

³Group rates can be secured up to 2 years before departure. Groups consist of a minimum of 10 adults, sharing a minimum of 3 rooms excluding cruise groups, which require a minimum of 16 people sharing a minimum of 8 cabins.

⁴Air Canada Vacations will match the total price of your new booking, including taxes, up to a maximum of $50 per person for all packages to the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East & North Africa, Mexico, the Caribbean or Central and South America, including Flight & Cruise packages. There is no maximum amount allotted to cruise-only bookings. This is for new bookings only and must be requested prior to booking by providing a non-modifiable screenshot for confirmation that includes all components, as well as a date stamp. Competitors' package must still be available at time of requesting. The components of the competitors' package or must be identical to the Air Canada Vacations package, including but not limited to, same point of departure, destination, flight route, schedule and class of service, hotel, cruise, hotel room category, cruise stateroom category, cruise rate code, meal plan, occupancy, transfers, departure/arrival dates and length of stay. Not applicable to our travel protection plans due to variances in plan benefits. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Subject to availability at time of booking. Only one price match per booking permitted. Price match requests over $50 can be submitted to Air Canada Vacations for review and it will be at Air Canada Vacations’ sole discretion to decide to match the lower submitted price. To request a price match, please contact your travel agent or our Reservations Department at 1 866 529-2079 with your package details and proof of the competitor’s price \(photos or screen captures\). Flight seats and hotel rooms/ship staterooms must be available.

⁵Only applicable to packages affected by an Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge flight cancellation, which occurs more than 48 hours prior to the original scheduled departure time. Does not apply to a time change, cabin change, routing/airport change, operating carrier change, flight number, aircraft type change or any flight cancellation occurring within 48 hours prior to departure. Changes to travel dates or destination are subject to hotel rooms/ship staterooms and flight availability. ³To the extent permitted by the cruise line. Cruise lines cannot guarantee late embarkation on the cruise at all ports of call. Whether late embarkation will be permitted is dependent on the country of the port of call and applicable embarkation rules. It is at the cruise lines’ sole discretion if a delayed passenger will be allowed to board the cruise after initial departure. No refund will be given for missed days of cruise.

⁴At the time of booking, if you find a lower price for your flight with Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge than the one provided, Air Canada Vacations will pay the total cost of the applicable airfare, including applicable taxes, fees, and service charges. Lower airfare must be identical to Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge flights (same travel dates and times, class of service, cabin, etc.) be on a published fare and not combined with any other special discount or corporate rate offer. Must be available for purchase at the time of booking, be refundable, and include one free checked bag to qualify. All claims/proof must be submitted at time of booking. Applies to all passengers on file for the same booking. Can be applied only once. Excludes groups.
