Environmental Sanitation Fees are payable in local currency directly to the hotels. As these fees fluctuate by hotel, you may contact your respective hotel for more information on the applicable fees.

As part of the privileges of Unlimited-Luxury®, guests of Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa have the chance to Sip, Savor & See at participating sister properties in the region. Enjoy dinner and live entertainment at neighboring sister resorts including sipping complimentary cocktails, savoring delicious cuisine at the restaurant of your choice and the opportunity to see that evening’s entertainment.

The Sip, Savor & See Dining Experience is only good for dinner. This is not a day pass. Guests must make arrangements through the resort concierge by 3 p.m. Guests may choose to dine at any of the restaurants that are serving dinner. Guests are responsible for cost of transportation to and from the resort. A maximum of 4 people are allowed per seating. Special restrictions may apply for Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners, and special events. Guests can utilize the facilities at the resort they are visiting from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., including bars and theatre.

Note: Sip, Savor & See may be limited due to private events and resort buyouts.

The use of drones or artifacts that fly or float in or on the premises is strictly forbidden, except for those that have written authorization from the General Management of the hotel.
 
There is a designated smoking area provided on property. Smoking is not permitted in any room category.

With the recent introduction of the new Club & Villas premium experiences on November 10, 2025, the renaming of some room categories has also become effective.  

• Deluxe Junior Suite Tropical View is now Junior Suite Tropical View
• Family Junior Suite Tropical View is now Two-Bedroom Family Suite Tropical View
• Preferred Club Junior Suite Beachfront Swim Out is now Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean Front Swim Out 
• Preferred Club Indigo Junior Suite Ocean Front is now Club Junior Suite Ocean Front
• Preferred Club Indigo Junior Suite Swim-Out Ocean Front is now Club Junior Suite Ocean Front Swim Out
• Preferred Club Indigo Master Suite Ocean Front is now Club Master Suite Ocean Front 
• Preferred Club Indigo Master Suite Ocean Front Swim Out is now Club Master Suite Ocean Front Swim Out
• Preferred Club Indigo Two Story Villa is now Club Two-Story Villa             

These updates are to the room category names only.  Services and amenities already included remain unchanged.  Previous reservations in the Preferred Club Indigo categories, will now receive the equivalent “Club” or “Villa” category and inclusions depending on category booked.

• Early check-in/late check-out (subject to availability)

Coupon values distributed as follows:

• US$100 towards Spa treatments
• US$60 towards romantic dining
• US$40 towards wine purchases

$200 resort coupons include four coupons worth $10 each, two coupons worth $20 each, and three coupons worth $40 each.  Of these coupons, $100 can be used for spa treatment, $60 for romantic dining, and $40 for wine purchases.  Spa treatment coupons are broken down into one coupon worth $20 and two coupons worth $40.  Romantic dining coupons are broken down into one coupon worth $20 and one coupon worth $40.  Coupons for wine purchases are broken down into four $10 coupons.

Resort coupons for spa treatments are not combinable or valid for spa products at the Spa Boutique or 25-minute massages and treatments. Only one coupon can be redeemed per spa treatment.  Coupons for romantic dining are combinable up to $60 per romantic dining experience, but not valid for bottles of wine.  Romantic dinners are subject to availability and must be scheduled with concierge in advance.  $10 coupons for wine can be used at any of the restaurant on property.  They are not combinable – only one $10 coupon can be applied toward one bottle of wine. 

Resort coupons cannot be applied toward the following items: beauty salon services, spa product purchases, telephone charges, gift shop purchases, boutique purchases, internet service (if applicable), marina services, dive shop, medical services, car rentals and travel agency services. They are not applicable for tips, taxes, private functions and/or special events such as Christmas and New Year’s Gala dinners. 

Resort coupons must be redeemed at the time of reservation or service. Resort coupons do not hold any cash or commercial value,  are not refundable and non-transferable. They are not accumulative and cannot be combined with any other promotion or special offers including, but not limited to spa treatment discounts, unless otherwise indicated in the promotion.  They are only valid during the original stay and cannot be deducted upon check out. Resort coupons are not applicable to group bookings.  Employees of tour operators and wholesalers do not qualify. This entire offer is based on availability and can be modified or closed out at any time.
