Effective February 1st, 2023 and onwards, the Seadust Cancun Family Resort will be managed by Playa Hotels & Resorts.

Please be advised, the main lobby ceiling at the Seadust Cancun Family Resort is currently undergoing maintenance, which commenced on April 15th, 2024. During this time, certain areas of the lobby will be temporarily closed including the Fronk Desk, Gym and Spa. Please note that these services have been relocated within the property as follows:

Main Reception: Relocated to the Creperie area. Guests Services will be handled at the Chief Concierge office. A waiting area will be located behind Gelato. Reps’ office, Discova, Photoshop and Car Rental will be located at the office right next to the Concierge.
Gym: Will be relocated to the Fun Bar with gym equipment overlooking the sunset side of the property.
Spa: Due to possible noise, the spa will be relocated to the 8th floor to take advantage of the spectacular Sunset views that the premium suites provide.

The hotel's team will take every measure in ensuring our guest’s stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Guests can continue to enjoy all the services and facilities available at the hotel during their stay.

This work is anticipated to be completed by June 15th, 2024.
