This hotel requires guest to present a valid credit card at check in. Credit cards will have a hold placed on them for up to $250 per stay. Credit cards presented at desk must be presented by cardholder and accompanied by the cardholder's ID. Please note the Sonesta ES Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista will be undergoing a renovation project from September 13, 2025 – January 19, 2026. Below is the timeline/details for the renovation work:

Guest Suites:

• This work will take place from Sept 13, 2025 – Jan 19, 2026
• All suites will be refurbished to include updated case and soft goods, new flooring (mix of plank and carpet, updated kitchen, updated bathroom vanity area, and a new lighter color scheme and décor.
• The work will be completed per building, with each building closed as the rooms within it are being renovated
• No guests will be placed in buildings where rooms are out of order
• There will be one or two buildings closed at a time
• The construction will be limited to interior work as the exterior portion was already completed earlier this year
• Construction will be conducted up to 7 days per week, from 8am – 6pm
• Since this work will be limited to closed buildings, we would anticipate it as a low impact for guest satisfaction

Lobby/Main Building:

• This work will take place from Sept 13, 2025 – December 9, 2025
• The building will be refurbished and redecorated with a Florida Cottage Feel
• The work will be complete in different phases so the entire building will not be shut at one time
• The Morning Pour will remain open, but may be using a temporary ordering location for a few weeks during the project
• The Front will be using an adjacent desk for check-in purposes for a few weeks during the project
• Construction will be conducted up to 7 days per week, from 8am – 6pm
• Since guests normally enter their suites directly to the building they are staying in, outside of their check-in date, we anticipate it as a low impact for guest satisfaction

Pool/Hot Tub/Kiddie Pool Area:

• This work will take place from December 01- December 14, 2025
• The pool area will be resurfaced and retiled during this period with a new color scheme to fit in with our new exterior look completed earlier this year.
• The entire pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool area will be closed during this time
• During this time there will not be an alternative pool for guests to use 
• Construction will be conducted up to 7 days per week, from 8am – 6pm
• We anticipate this as a high impact for guest satisfaction for any guest planning to use the pool during their trip
