Itinerary

Day 1

Depart Canada

Fly to Athens.

Day 2

Welcome to Athens

Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and check in. Spend the rest of the day exploring Athens at your own pace.

Day 3

Athens – Sightseeing

Head out on a half-day sightseeing tour of Athens.

  • The Acropolis and the New Acropolis Museum

    Expert guides will take you to see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first modern Olympic Games were held in 1896 (short stop). Then it’s on to see the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, the Hellenic Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, University, and National Library, and the Constitution Square (Syntagma).  Continue your visit to the magnificent Acropolis and admire architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion, and finally the awe-inspiring Parthenon. The last stop is the New Acropolis Museum, a must-see in Athens and one of the best museums in the world.

Day 4

Athens – Mykonos Cruise

Transfer to the port and embark on your 4-day-long cruise. Head to Mykonos, your first port of call, and explore its cubic houses, windmills and chapels. It’s also a great spot for shopping and art, and it has an incredible nightlife. Explore the town's winding narrow streets, visit the Church of Panagia Paraportiani, or enjoy a drink in Little Venice.

Day 5

Cruise to Kusadasi, Shore Excursion and Patmos

Explore two ports of call today: Kuşadasi in Türkiye and Patmos in Greece. Arrive in Kuşadasi early in the morning and join an excursion to ancient Ephesus. Next, head to Patmos. Stroll through the charming town or join an optional shore excursion to the Monastery of Saint John and the Grotto of the Apocalypse ($).

  • Ancient Ephesus Through the Ages

    Discover this incredible UNESCO World Heritage Site and see relics from the Hellenistic and Roman eras. Stroll through the ancient city and see the Agora, the Temple of Hadrian, and the Library of Celsus. End the excursion at Kusadasi’s Grand Bazaar.

Day 6

Cruise to Rhodes and Shore Excursion

Arrive early in the morning in Rhodes and join your tour to the Acropolis of Lindos and the Citadel of the Knights included in your package.

    Visit the ancient Acropolis of Lindos, where monuments from the Greek, Roman and medieval times remain preserved. Then, marvel at the perfectly preserved Citadel of the Knights.

Day 7

Cruise to Santorini

Take in the spectacular scenery of Santorini or join an optional excursion to Oia ($), one of the most photographed areas in Greece.

Day 8

Athens – Return to Canada

After breakfast, disembark from your cruise upon arrival at the Athens port and transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
