Scotland is as epic as you imagine. Sweeping glens and lochs dominate weathered, windswept landscapes between cities and isles. Brimming with fantastic fauna, this is Europe at its wildest. Red deer leap between hills, eagles soar above and elusive otters hunt off hidden shores. Just when you start dreaming up hilltop battles, a friendly local pulls you right back down to earth, whisky in hand.

Fun fact
Scotland loves its myths and legends. In fact, its national animal is…the unicorn! Supposedly it was chosen, because the unicorn was thought to be a brave and powerful animal, as well as being the natural enemy of the lion, which just happens to be the national animal of… England. The unicorn and the lion now appear together on the royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom and Canada.
