Fun fact

Fries are the national dish of Belgium, and there’s no where they make it better than in Brussels, because of their unique cooking method. The carefully-selected potatoes are fried at a low temperature to cook the interior, then fried at a high temperature to crisp the exterior to perfection. Make sure you get an aioli to dip them in!
